We value our employees and their abilities, and recognize that you're the reason our customers look to us for financial advice and support.Our Client Sales & Service Professionals provide sales and servicing of bank products and account functions by phone to our clients. This position will verify customer information, process account documentation/packages, troubleshoot, analyze and remedy customer concerns.Essential Functions-Refer new business sales opportunities to the appropriate areas. -Effectively educate clients on the features and benefits of KeyBank's products and services while delivering patient, prompt and courteous client service. -Recognize the need and opportunity to offer additional or enhanced products. -Knowledgably respond and overcome client objections. -Effectively cross-sell displaying consultative selling skills. -Effectively recognize account retention or cross-selling opportunities that satisfy a need and accurately communicating product features to describe overall benefit to the client. -Maintain a comprehensive technical and working knowledge of all systems utilized by the Commercial and Business Banking Call Center -Refer new business sales opportunities to the appropriate areas. -Effective use of telephone and communication skills -Ensure all inquiries are documented and completed in a timely manner -Effective escalation of client issues to appropriate operational department and/or management when necessary with minimum impact to the client -Maintain thorough knowledge of CBBC polices and procedures -Confirmation contacts to client to ensure servicing issues and concerns have been resolved to their satisfaction -Build relationships and connects with clients to exceed their expectations -Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of all cash management, deposits and services -Provide procedural updates to the E-manual -Maintains up to date knowledge of initiatives and procedural changes -Provides professional, friendly, knowledgeable service while maintaining a `can do' attitude at all times -Understanding of all functional areas of Commercial and Business Banking Center -Disseminate information including processes, procedural and technical -Meet or exceeds established individual goalsRequired Skills-Minimum of two to three years of Client Service Experience -Two years of Demonstrated Success in Cross-Selling and Sales Referring -Ability to multi-task between systems, products and client, work under pressure and meet deadlines -Proven customer service and problem solving skills -Demonstrated Success meeting established sales/referral goals and measurements -Knowledge of financial products and services -Computer Proficiency -Excellent phone communication skills -Strong written communication skills -High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent ExperienceLife at Key is exciting, challenging, and rewarding.
