 Position Description

Key customer contact position at a $280 million community bank with rapid growth plans for its loan and deposit portfolio.  Responsibilities include:

· Serve as initial point of contact for all clients and prospects who call or visit the bank.Serve as primary teller for the office.  Verify and balance assigned cash drawer daily with minimal cash variances.  Reconcile accounts, resolve errors in accordance with Bank policy.Perform administrative assistant duties for all office employees.Carry out all activities related to the opening or closing of various types of time and demand deposit accounts and IRAs, ensuring that applicable regulations, disclosures, policies, and procedures are observed.Provide exceptional customer service.  Receive and interact with customers with enthusiasm, warmth, and professionalism.Respect and maintain all customer and bank information in the highest confidence.

 Reporting

· Position reports directly to the Client Services Manager, Columbus Region of CFBank.

 Location

·  7000 North High St., Worthington, OH 43085

 

Hours:   Monday through Friday, 10 am to 2 pm,.  We prefer a candidate who is available to work 8 am to 5 pm on some days as needed.

 Skills and Experience Sought

· Minimum of two years experience in customer service.

· Previous cash handling experience.

· Familiarity with Worthington, Ohio a plus.

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred; high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several variables.

· Good time management skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

· Ability to work with a team.

· Ability to perform a variety of tasks, as well as flexibility and willingness to deal with ambiguity.

· Desire to work for a small, entrepreneurial company.

 Compensation
