For more information, visit State Street's web site at www.statestreet.com Client Services Analyst, Officer Roles and Responsibilities: · Support clients on PAM functionalities and maintenance · Provide critical customer support for our 370 global institutional investors · Assist clients with business related issues that can be accommodated by PAM · Train and re-engineer new and experienced users on PAM · Consult with the clients to clarify objectives and to respond to questions on functionality and processes · Document client inquires; maintain all communication relating to these issues · Identify software defects for submission to the internal technical team · Act as a resource to other team members regarding PAM functionality issues · Diagnose support issues · Provide onsite support, training, and project assistance, when necessary · Assist other client support representatives and act as a mentorRequired Skills: · Four years business related degree preferably in Finance or Accounting · Must have a minimum 3 years of experience in Investment/Securities Accounting, preferably within the Mutual Funds, Asset Management, Pension Fund or Insurance Industry · Prior client service experience is a plus · Knowledge of PC based software products, preferably within investment accounting · Excellent written and oral skills with a strong attention to detail · Willingness and availability to travel is required. (up to 40%, domestic/global) · Superior troubleshooting and analysis/resolution skills · Ability to manage multiple complex customer issues in time critical situations · Must be an organized and motivated self starter with a high attention to detailClick here to apply
