Collateral Documentation Specialist

Collateral Documentation Specialist needed for small investment company.  Successful candidate must be experienced in detailed review of loan documents, preparation of assignments for mortgages, judgments, certificates of deposits and vehicle titles, as well as preparing bankruptcy proof of claims and UCC documents.  Exceptional organizational skills required with ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks with exceptional attention to detail.  Professionalism, initiative and flexibility are a must.  Strong computer skills and experience with MS Word & Excel, as well as WordPerfect.  Non-smoking department.
