AUTO COLLECTOR 
New South Federal Savings Bank has an immediate opening in Collections.Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years related collections experience in either Auto industry or Credit Card industry.  Will consider candidates without specific collections experience if they have proven experience in customer service and dealing with the public both via phone and face to face.Will make collection calls on past due accounts, recommend repossession, legal action, settlements, and charge offs.  Will complete appropriate forms, review delinquency reports, and make adjustments to maintain a consistent level of delinquency.  Will work queues and collection assignments on delinquent customers, work out payment arrangements, and discuss extension options and/or repossession.  Will send appropriate letters on delinquent accounts if needed.  Employment is contingent on a successful background check (i.e. CREDIT, criminal, references, and satisfactory drug screen).  EOE/M/F/D/VMUST BE ABLE TO WORK VARIABLE SCHEDULE! Hours of operation are:
Monday through Friday 8am - 7pm and
two Saturdays per month 8am - Noon.
