CITY/STATE: Lake Mary, FLPOSITION TYPE: Full Time, EmployeeJOB CATEGORY: Administrative/ClericalEDUCATION LEVEL: High School or equivalentSALARY: 12.00 - 12.00 USD /hourREFERENCE CODE: Collections Analyst Collections Analyst Call Center EnvironmentIn bound Customer ServiceBilingual (Spanish & English) preferred"Required to work every Saturday"Full time position plus possible over timePay rate $12.00/hrJob Purpose:Support customers with making payment arrangements on past due accounts.Duties:* Negotiate the settlement balance of delinquent accounts.* Research previous credit disputes.* Report accurate account information to collection agencies.* Delete archive account information from collection agencies.* Develops credit histories by compiling financial information.* Investigates variances on customers' financial statements by requesting information from sources; researching development within the industry.* Submits credit reports by including research data; identifying credit strengths and/or weaknesses.* Provides credit information to sources by compiling information; issuing reports.* Recommends action on delinquent accounts by analyzing paying practices of customers.* Recommends credit line adjustments by evaluating customer records, purchase activity, and payment history.* Verifies accuracy of charges and corrects account errors by reviewing purchasing documentation; interviewing customers.* Provides information by answering questions and requests.* Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.* Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Skills/Qualifications:Reporting Research Results, Financial Software, Financial Skills, Confidentiality, Thoroughness, Analyzing Information, Research Skills, Informing Others, Judgment, Objectivity, General Math Skills About Ultimate Staffing Want to work with people who care about your personal and professional growth?
