Mortgage Company in Cherry Hill, NJ has openings for Bilingual: English / Spanish, Collections / Customer Service positions.

Pay is $11 per hour for these part-time, temp-to-hire positions.
 

Evenings Only: Collections: Monday through Friday, 6 pm to 12 midnight

Requirements: 1st or 3rd party collections experience Computer literate Bilingual in Spanish with the ability to speak, read and write Spanish CSR or call center experience Outbound calls to delinquent customers on their mortgage payments 

Weekends Only: Collections: Saturday, 8:30 am - 3 pm; Sunday,  rotating schedule - must be available from 8:30 am - 9 pm.

Requirements: 1st or 3rd party collection experience Computer literate Bilingual in Spanish a plus CSR or call center experience Outbound calls to delinquent customers on their mortgage payments

Evenings Only: Customer Service: Monday through Friday, 5 pm until 10 pm Call center / customer service experience Knowledge of mortgages Computer literate Bilingual in Spanish with the ability to speak, read and write Spanish Outbound and inbound calls from customers with various questions pertaining to their mortgage accounts
