Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting required and 1+ years related experience.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word.
CPA candidate desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include daily accounting entry generation for collections settlement, reconciling cash, and recording and accounting for exception activity. This position is also responsible for monitoring accounts for abnormal activity, participating in development of and documentation of procedures, conducting month-end review and preparing month-end closing entries, and reconciling general ledger accounts related to collections settlement. This position will also cross-train and provide back-up for debit settlement.
