Collections Supervisor

Collection Supervisor needed for our new office in Greenville, SC. Our company is affiliated with one of the largest debt buying companies in the country.  The growth opportunities are numerous for the right candidate.  We are seeking an experienced collection supervisor that has the drive and dedication to be a member of our successful team.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of management experience in a 3rd Party collection agency environment with a proven track record in successfully collecting charged off consumer credit card debt.
• Will consider college degree in lieu of management experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills as well as the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and train a minimum of 10 collectors in all facets of collection activity
• Motivate employee performance and continuously develop talent through encouragement, feedback and coaching
• Achieve monthly team performance targets
• Successfully perform in a culture of accountability, integrity and respect
