Description:ResponsibilitiesBasic Function:Collect past due credit card accounts from customers.Responsibilities:-Set up payment arrangements on past due accounts via outbound calls.-Investigate problem accounts to determine appropriate action, including reviewing payment history and status records, and then following up according to procedures.-Other duties as assigned.The schedules available vary, all require some weekend hours.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications: Good negotiation skills. Strong written, verbal, and arithmetic skills.
