Location: Brecksville, OHRotating Schedule: * Monday - Thursday 1:00PM - Midnight* 3 of 4 Nights (Monday - Thursday 1:00PM - Midnight), Saturday 10:00AM - 3:00PM, and Sunday 3:00 - 8:00PM (Rotate every other week)Training Schedule: Monday - Thursday 12:00 AM-9:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM for the first 2 weeksAll it takes is talent, energy and the urge to find your own level of job or career satisfaction. Consider putting your customer service skills to good use as a Collector.Under the direction of the collections supervisor, you will be responsible for the collection and servicing of all assigned accounts. Our Collections Representatives contact National City customers to advise them of their loan responsibilities, and they use their customer service and problem solving skills to help customers make loan repayment. The ability to handle a large volume of accounts with a great customer service attitude is needed.
