Commercial Banker Acquires and services commercial / business loans, commercial real estate loans and bank services in accordance with individually established business development goals. Achieves portfolio growth and cross-sale goals. Oversees assigned loan portfolio to ensure proper risk management and compliance with loan covenants. Makes presentations regarding bank products and services to prospective clients and company principals. Performs underwriting functions as needed. Continually monitors credit quality of assigned accounts. Higher level Commercial Bankers may oversee lower level associates.Commercial Banker I, X22 - Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 3 years commercial lending experience. Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. Working knowledge of bank products and commercial lending techniques and procedures.Commercial Banker II, X23 - Typically requires a Bachelor's and 5 years commercial lending and loan management experience.
