Commercial Banking Associate

The Commercial Bank Associate job duties include processing customer transactions, researching and responding to customer inquiries, tracking of reports and loan requirements and follow-up with customers, opening new commercial accounts and supporting the implementation of banking and cash management services. Will also assist lender’s preparation of loan approval presentations and the documentation of retail and commercial loans and mortgages; organize and maintain files; prepare customer correspondence; and assist walk-in customers.

The ability to multitask and prioritize is essential. Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a willingness to learn and grow are required. The successful candidate will also possess a proven commitment to excellent customer service. Intermediate Word/Excel skills, and prior banking, lending, or title company experience are desirable but not a requirement. College degree a plus.
