In this senior collection position, you’ll review and resolve past due loan accounts to control delinquency and mitigate risk to the Bank, ensuring that assets are protected with a high level of integrity. The primary objectives are to bring past due accounts current and prevent receivable aging. The customers can be end users of goods, services, lines of credit or third party participators such as leasing companies.

 

Qualifications:

 

* High school diploma or equivalent

* 5+ years of collections/workout experience that includes credit training and collections with a bank or collection agency

* Strong communication, organizational and time management skills

* Advanced knowledge of collection functions and procedures ie. credit implication, workout strategies, loan restructures

* Proficiency in MS Word & Excel

* Attention to detail
