Commercial Lease Credit Analyst Responsible for analyzing, evaluating and approving or denying commercial lease loan applications. Works with clients and employees to gather information as necessary to make sound credit decisions. Identify risks and determine what business, market and economic factors mitigates those risks. May have authority to approve or recommend loans beyond the organizations guidelines. Performs other duties as necessary to support the goals and objectives of the department and business unit. Other duties as assigned.Commercial Lease Cr Analyst I, X21 - Typically requires a Bachelor's and 2+ years of directly related experience. Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. Working knowledge of credit, spread analysis, finance and lending procedures. PC skills required.Commercial Lease Cr Analyst II, X22 - Typically requires a Bachelor's and 4+ years of directly related experience. Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus extensive knowledge of other related fields. Extensive knowledge of credit, spread analysis, finance and lending procedures. PC skills required.Commercial Lease Cr Anlyst III, X23 - Typically requires a Bachelor's and 6+ years of directly related experience. Frequently contributes to the development of new theories and methods. Employs advanced knowledge as a generalist or specialist of credit, spread analysis, finance and lending procedures.
