Commercial Loan Closer II

Job Description and QualificationsWork with lender, attorneys and the companies on loan closing for the Albuquerque Commercial Lending departments.  Review all pre-closing and post closing documents for bank compliance and ARR approval; engage vendors, review insurance at loan closing for bank compliance; prepare documentation booking package for HUB; input post closing ticklers in to system of record and follow-up to clear post closing exceptions promptly. Review and fund draw requests, including review of GC Contracts, AIA forms, Change order and loan documents for bank compliance; prepare rate adjustments and initiate loan interest advances; responsible on-going insurance compliance during loan term; work with Title Company to obtain construction down dates; payoffs and resolve lien issues with borrower.  Administer extension modification to assure adherence to Bank policies.  Requirements:Bachelors degree is highly preferred or equivalent work experience.  Minimum high school diploma or GED coupled with some college and/or business training. Requires 3+ years in commercial/corporate/residential loan administration with a lending institution.  Must have experience in banking systems (i.e. AFS and ALS).  Must be highly motivated individual able to handle a stressful environment.  Must be able to prioritize with emphasis on multi-tasking and have excellent communication skills and be proficient in Word and Excel.
