Perform moderate to complex functions related to documentation of commercial loans in accordance with approved credit facility, policy and procedures of Bank, and policy and procedures of Department. This includes documentation and file management, documentation preparation, loan boarding and follow-up.  Responsible for prevention and management of risk to the Bank by accurately documenting  loans, perfecting the Bank's security interests, verifying insurance coverage as well as ensuring compliance with Pacific Rim Corporate Group, state and federal laws and regulations.Must have an understanding of basic commercial loan documentation including legal, regulatory and bank policies and procedures. Must have accurate data entry skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills. Must have strong analytical skills, computer proficiency, self-starter, and the ability to perform at a high level in a dynamic environment. Previous banking experience and Bilingual - English/Japanese preferred.Union Bank of California offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including a 401K plan.
