Description

You will be responsible for commercial loan documentation and processing in our centralized team environment. This position will require you to prepare detailed loan documents, organizing/updating files, closing loans, and processing loans.

You will assist the Lenders and Credit Analysts in the preparation of the following: loan requests, monitoring loan covenants, collateral analysis, and monitoring and reporting collateral exceptions.

Responsible for results on an individual and team basis, and able to work at a high volume pace.

Qualifications

At least 3-5 year of experience working in commercial loan documentation

Knowledge of bank loan process

Attention to detail

Self Motivated

Strong people skills

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple loans concurrently

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multi task and handle large volume of work

Experience in Excel

Must have at least a High School Diploma
