Commercial Loan Operations Rep Job ID 41930

Monitor team e-mailboxes, process/monitoring the incoming and outgoing mail and prepare incoming LOB commercial or non-standard consumer loan operations requests for processing.  Respond to recurring, non-complex LOB e-mail or telephone inquires.  Perform routine clerical tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming e-mail requests; distribute emails and update database as applicable
• Prepare / monitor incoming mail for distribution and outgoing mail for delivery
• Telephone support – answering and directing calls
• Assist follow up team with clearing exception items  and updating database appropriately, timely and accurately
• Analyze and resolve routine customer service inquiries; refers complex issues to management
• Analyze requests to determine appropriate action required
• Request and obtain approvals for paid loan requests
• Order collateral files for use in paid loan process
• Resolve recurring issues within defined area of expertise
• Performs tasks with minimal guidance; self judgment of deadlines
• Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements
• Participate on various process improvement teams
• Interact with similar levels within and outside the organization
• Copying, faxing, binding and some filing
• Provide backup support to other BLST Admins.
• All other duties as assigned

• Minimum 1+ year work experience in a professional/office environment
