COMMERCIAL LOAN WORKOUT OFFICER

Sterling has immediate openings for a Commercial Loan Workout Officer located in Southfield, Michigan.

This position is responsible for evaluating, recommending and implementing workout strategies for commercial real estate loans. The qualified individual will have a Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; and three or more years of workout (or comparable) experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
