Commercial Term Lending consists of multiple lines of business including: Commercial Real Estate Lending, Multi-Family Lending, Commercial Mortgage Lending, and Commercial Treasury Solutions. Our goal is to enhance the lives of our customers, employees, shareholders, and communities by providing a full range of commercial lending services.The Commercial Production Appraiser is responsible for inspecting and analyzing income-producing multi-family and commercial properties for a designated geographic area(s). Certified General Real Estate Appraisal License issued by the State(s) listed in job posting required. 5+ years of commercial appraisal experience in a production environment preferred. 3+ years of experience appraising income producing properties preferred. Commercial loan servicing experience is preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Strong decision-making skills required. Superior organizational skills and ability to manage work flow to meet departmental objectives required. Outstanding customer service skills required.
