Commercial Real Estate Lending Assistant

*Commercial Real Estate/Banking Experience Required

Assist Commercial Loan Officers with the preparation of loan submissions for loan committee approval, which includes: 

·  Compiling specific loan information

·  Requires basic knowledge of financial statements

·  Acquiring and interpreting credit reports

·  Calculating & determining compliance of borrower exposure with bank

·  Close loans in a timely manner

·  Ordering loan support documentation for closing

·  Preparing closing instructions and support documentation to attorneys to facilitate the preparation of legal loan closing documentation

·  Organizing documentation into loan file in specific order

·  Final audit of file organization and documentation in order to facilitate ease of booking loans onto bank system and minimizing all technical exceptions

 

 

Qualifications:  2-5 years of administrative experience in banking/commercial real estateMust be able to work with minimum supervisionExcellent communication skills (both oral and written)Intermediate level with Microsoft Office SuiteOrganized with strong attention to detail
