Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer

Commercial Real Estate Loan OfficerTremendous opportunity to join community bank near Northeast Ohio border.  As a commercial loan officer, you will solicit mortgage loans from referral sources to include local businesses, realtors, builders and other networking avenues.  In this role you will take complete applications for mortgage loans, including follow-up for documentation required for processing in accordance with corporate policies and procedures, keep all parties to the transaction informed as to status of application, set the customers' / sources expectations and  follow through to ensure the loan is properly documented.  You will comply with all Federal and State compliance policies and adhere to bank policies and procedures.Qualifications • Minimum of two years of mortgage lending or mortgage banking experience. • College degree or 4 years equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate. • Sales and consulting skills required. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
