This position will be responsible for the development and management of quality loan and deposit growth with an emphasis in the area of Commercial Real Estate. Prime focus will be working with businesses/individuals to develop solutions for real estate lending and business banking needs. Secondary focus will be working/mentoring with other relationship managers in the area of Commercial Real Estate analysis and loan structuring.

Duties include the analysis of relevant financial data, negotiation and documentation of commercial loans consistent with credit standards. Must be self-motivated individual with demonstrated business development skills and the ability to cross-sell banking products effectively.

Requires professional and community relations to increase the Bank's visibility, as well as for business and personal development.Required Skills



Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant area or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years commercial real estate lending experience required. Must possess real estate loan structure experience and knowledge. Strong credit skills, proven sales track record and excellent business development ability required.

Successful candidate must be comfortable initiating contacts and developing relationships.
