Commercial Relationship Manager, Northwest Chicago suburbs

Harris Bank is seeking Commercial Relationship Managers for the Wood Dale/Roselle markets.  The Commercial Relationship Manager will be responsible for prospecting and selling banking services to the Small Business Market (company revenues up to $10millon).

 

As a Commercial Relationship Manager your responsibilities will include developing sound and profitable business relationships; working with customers to deliver business banking services.  

Responsibilities include:Supporting Harris Banks’ mission to develop new business relationships within micro/small business markets.  Reviews of existing clients to promote total bank services.Analyzing financial and related data to determine general creditworthiness of prospect. This includes evaluating and structuring loan requests, determining appropriate documentation; negotiating terms under which credit will be extended; ensuring adequate loan documentation; reviewing loan application for completeness and accuracy; ensuring proper and accurate disclosures are provided to all applicants within required timeframes; and assuring compliance with all regulations.Managing commercial account portfolios ensuring growth and qualityPrimary products include commercial loans, cash management products



Expectations:

·  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with emphasis in accounting, finance and business law preferred.

·5+ years experience in negotiating and structuring commercial loans.

·  Knowledge of commercial loan, cash management products and lending/compliance regulations

·  Formal credit training or equivalent work experience required.

·  Experience in structuring and managing commercial real estate loans a plus
