Communication Center Service Representative

 

Our Credit Union has an immediate opening for a personable, professional, customer-oriented individual at our inbound communication center assisting members with a multitude of products and services, including processing loans and making deposits.  Our Communication Center staff works 8-hour shifts ranging from 7:50 a.m. to 6:10 p.m., and Saturday (from 8:50 a.m. to 1:10 p.m) work would be on a rotation schedule. This position requires between six months and two years of similar or related experience in the financial industry, and obviously credit union experience would be a plus.  We want someone who is adept at handling customer questions and concerns while creating an exceptional member experience.  Plus, of course, a passion for working with people. 

 

Starting pay is based on education and experience.  Benefits include:
