Compensation Administrative Assistant - 7000

D. Hilton Associates Inc. (www.dhilton.com), the most recognized credit union consulting firm in the country, located in The Woodlands, Texas, is in search of a Compensation Administrative Assistant to support their compensation practice.  As a part of the Compensation Practice Team, this detail oriented candidate will support internal and external partners with compensation-related activities and administrative tasks to create and modify spreadsheets, and manage client and survey databases. Responsibilities include database management, market pricing research, maintaining logs, preparing written presentations, and other administrative duties as required. Candidate must possess strong MS Excel and Access skills with proven ability to create and modify spreadsheets and reports. Successful candidate will have exceptional computer skills, effective written communication abilities and excellent time management skills.
