Job description:


Under limited supervision, from the Senior Compliance Officer, coordinates assigned compliance reviews, for the evaluation of the banks compliance with Federal and State Banking laws and regulations. Provides oversight and direction to assigned personnel regarding the completion of assigned compliance reviews. Assists with the development, design and implementation of policies and procedures required to maintain an acceptable level of regulatory compliance and prevention of financial loss. Provides support for affiliates through the identification and interpretation of the current banking and related financial services laws and regulations and any changes thereto. Provides assistance during the regulatory examination process.

Qualifications:

 

§ Bachelor degree; prefer Graduate or Law degree and professional certification desirable

§ Minimum Experience: 5-7 years of audit, accounting, compliance or regulatory examiner experience or equivalent experience with emphasis on regulatory compliance issues.

§ Preferred Experience +7 years of audit, accounting, compliance or regulatory examiner experience or equivalent experience with emphasis on regulatory compliance issues with lending, operations and/or legal experience for a financial services organization desirable.
