Contact Center Personal Banker w/ Selling (Call Center)

Provides high quality customer service for 24-Hour Banking by responding to telephone and/or email inquiries, requests and problems.  Researches and resolves problems and errors.  Actively expands existing customer relationships by cross selling products and services or referring customers to appropriate sales staff. Qualified candidate must be able to attend 5 weeks of Paid Training. Training is Monday - Friday.   Salary is $11.50 - $12.50 per hour depending on qualifications.  All positions offer opportunity for incentive pay per month based on sales and goals.Shifts are mid-day to second shift with limited availability on third all schedules include one weekend day.
