The Position
Reports To: CFO
Supervises: 3 accounting related employees.
Duties include, but not limited to: 
• Financial modeling and evaluation work to support business needs, risk assessment and regulatory reporting.
• Monthly forecasting.
• Manage deposit pricing and ALCO reports.
• Manage tools used for liquidity planning and testing.
• Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations and internal policies.
• Will be an essential team member in the annual planning process.
• Supervises general ledger, A/P, A/R, and development and implementation of systems and procedures to maintain proper financial records.

Requirements
Experience: 
• 3+ years in a Banking/Financial Institution experience is required.
• Experience with financial planning and forecasting; Pricing experience a plus.
Skills: 
• Must be detail oriented and a financial modeler with strong financial analysis and statistical skills.
• Strong analytical and supervisory skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in related bank accounting policies and procedures.
• Knowledgeable in general accounting and record keeping systems in financial institutions.
Education:  Accounting degree required. MBA a plus.

Compensation
Salary:  up to $100K, DOE
