Oversee SEC reporting including 10-K and 10-Q filings as well as other quarter-end deliverables like investor presentation and earnings releaseOversee day-to-day accounting and financial reportingManage GAAP, tax and liquidity projection modelsPerform budget-to-actual analysis Monitor BDC, RIC and SOX compliance Monitor tax planning and reporting Oversee audit and manage external audit and tax relationshipsOversee reporting and compliance requirements for credit facilitiesWe need somebody who has had financial reporting and specifically drafting of financial statements experience.
