( ATM/Debit CardsThe EFT Conversion Analyst Specialist will go through a training process to gain an understanding of the conversion process and the Metavante systems and applications. The EFT Conversion Analyst Specialist is considered acts in a leadership capacity within the EFT Conversion team by acting as a role model and champion for change. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:• Project Handling (including all required project documentation)• Project Scope • Customer Service• Customer and Vendor Coordination• Internal and External Communication• Project EscalationsInitial project responsibilities will be focused on smaller conversion projects such as new product adds for existing clients. Post the training period, the project responsibilities will be focused on larger conversion projects such as converting new customers to the Metavante EFT Systems. Requirements:College Degree or commensurate experience desired.
