Additional information may be found at www.citigroup.com or www.citi.com Citi Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Citi") are equal opportunity employers M/F/D/V and do not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status or characteristic. DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW The Compliance Fulfillment department is responsible for the accurate and timely distribution of prospectus material on all Initial Public Offering trades.  Provides support to the various product groups, branch offices and trading desk with prospectus inquiries and fulfillment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION The requirements & responsibilities for all aspects of this role include (but are not limited to) the following:-  Prepare daily fulfillment reports showing volumes, mailings and pendings of these items.-  Maintain the inventory for each product group.-  Prepare daily pending folders and corresponding pending reports.-  Daily follow up with Client Mail as to jobs completed by the Client Mail group.-  Update the job ticket file when jobs are sent to Client Mail and then completed.-  Monthly summary of jobs completed, pendings and any changes to the product.CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS(KEY COMPETENCIES, MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, SKILLS REQUIRED/TECHNICAL AND NO-TECHNICAL)  -  Articulate in communication skills (oral & written)-  Ability to recognize and highlight potential problems and escalate to management where necessary.-  Effective skills to develop and maintain strong client relationships.-  Maintain service levels.-  Individual must be able to multitask-  Knowledge of the securities industry and its operations-  Be a team player, pay attention to detail-  College degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience required
