Corporate Credit Relationship Manager / Oil & Gas - VP

Our client, a major international bank with offices in Houston, TX is seeking a Corporate Credit Relationship Manager – VP to join their Corporate Finance / Global Relationship Management team. 

 

The ideal candidate must have superior credit analysis skills as well as the ability to maintain client relationships with large corporate clients within the Oil & Gas sector.

 

The bank is offering a starting salary of up to 125K base + a competitive bonus

 

Major Responsibilities: Maintain corporate client relationships within the Oil & Gas SectorWork on a deal team consisting of business originator and credit analystsEnsure that the deal process is being executed – credit process, managing clientsKeep abreast with the Oil & Gas industry to recognize new business opportunities – evaluate market trends Liaise with bank products groups to cross sell productsAssist in the deal structuring – credit analytics / financial modeling etc.Conduct due diligence of potential clients – address client credit issues

 

Job Requirements: 5 + years of experience managing banking relationships with large corporate clients at a commercial bankSuperior credit analysis skillsKnowledge of the Oil & Gas industry Exposure to commercial banking productsBachelor’s degree requiredMaster’s degree preferredFormal credit training highly preferred
