Corporate Development Analyst

Corporate Development AnalystA large fortune 500 company is looking for a strong Corporate Development Analyst to join their team.Salary: $90k-$100kResponsibilities In this role, you will provide financial and analytical support to the corporate development and M&A strategy group.  As such, you will be responsible for researching merger & acquisition targets using various valuation techniques such as discounted cash flow analysis, transaction comparables, and public comparables.  Candidates must have excellent presentation skills and a strong background in financial analysis and equity analytics.
