Corporate Financier 2

SunTrust Corporate & Investment Banking is currently seeking an Analyst in our Real Estate Investment Banking Group. The position is located in Atlanta, Georgia. The analyst will assist the Real Estate Investment Banking team in new business development activities as well as the closing and disposition of acquired properties. Analysts are responsible for working with the Real Estate Investment Banking team to generate sales presentations for client discussions and perform detailed financial analysis using various financial models. Analysts will also be responsible for assisting in the closing of real estate acquisitions including lease negotiations, site assessment, review of due diligence materials and interaction with third party service providers.  Qualifications:BA/BS required; any major; finance and accounting coursework preferred; overall minimum GPA of 3.0 required; 1-2 years work experience preferred; proven analytical ability and attention to detail; strong interest in real estate, finance and investment banking; solid leadership and interpersonal skills; high degree of academic and extracurricular achievement; proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment; superior written and oral communication skills; willingness to commit substantial time and energy.
