Corporate Paralegal or Legal Administrative Assistant
Accredited Home Lenders is seeking a Corporate Paralegal or Legal Administrative Assistant to provide general corporate/transactional paralegal and administrative support to its General Counsel and Legal Department. Duties will include maintaining corporate records, processing annual reports and other filings, assistance with due diligence investigations and closings of corporate transactions, contract administration, and general administrative support. Mortgage lending experience is a plus.

Essential Job Functions:Maintenance and administration of corporate records for 20+ member corporate family.Processing of annual reports and other filings for corporate family.Assistance with due diligence investigations and closings of corporate transactions.Tracking and organization of contracts.General administrative support to General Counsel and Legal Department.Drafting and processing of board and shareholder resolutions.Production and certification of corporate records.Monitoring and advising of filing deadlines (non-litigation).Administration of unclaimed funds recovery.
Qualification (Education and Experience):
Ideal candidate must have either a:Paralegal Certificate and at least two years experience as corporate paralegal in a corporation or law firm; orBachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years experience in mortgage industry.
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, and beginning to intermediate skills in Excel are required.
