Ensures that all annual department plans are completed, aligns with FMB's strategic plan, and manageable. Departmental Planning: Responsible for First Midwest annual department planning facilitation
- Ensures that adequate financial, market, client, industry and organizational research is delivered and applied
- Conducts annual internal and external situation analysis
- Prepares and facilitates departmental and interdepartmental planning sessions
- Provides formal planning summaries following the sessions
- Follow up to ensure each department has a manageable plan
