Counsel opportunities with PFPC, Inc.

We are currently seeking experienced attorneys to work as an in-house counsel for PFPC’s legal department. These opportunities are located in our corporate headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware.  We offer a generous total compensation package including relocation. The ideal candidate will have three or more years working experience with a law firm or an in-house position with a background in investment companies or other securities industry experience.  Strong working knowledge in ’40 Act (Investment Company Act) experience required. Additional preferred skills include experience in transfer agent issues. You will have responsibility for PFPC businesses and participate in a wide range of fund industry products, including innovative developments.  This position will also be responsible for drafting, negotiating, documenting contracts, and advising on new services and products, and significant interfacing with clients, both internal and external.  There is also opportunity for interpreting new regulations and advising on SEC, NASD, FRB and foreign regulatory rules and regulations as they affect the funds industry.  This role will provide the ability to work independently and take responsibility for your practice.
