Credit Analyst/ Loan Assistant

We followed with a number of similar, yet more advanced creative products for our customers by utilizing our expertise in e-commerce and our established channels of cross-border banking services, such as B-to-B Pay-Web, e-Factoring Payment System, as well as our powerful CrossPacific Account (CPA). Through these products, we can help our clients establish highly effective management tools in cash flow and portfolio management.
We are currently searching for Credit Analyst/ Loan Assistant for our Los Angeles Downtown, Bank SinoPac Branch. Credit Analyst must be bilingual in Mandarin, Chinese.
This position is responsible for assisting underwriters/account officers in the following functions:Due-diligence: Credit check, UCC/title search, corporate search, appraisal review, financial spread, etc. Underwriting: Spread and analyze financial statements as well as other information, underwrite and prepare proposal for new loans and renewal of existing loans. Loan closing/funding: Pre-funding, UCC filing, T/D recording, filing (credit/legal), borrowing base certificate/notice of borrowing preparation, account opening, loan documentation, etc. Maintenance: Tickler system monitoring, covenant testing, borrowing base calculation, interim review and credit decision log. Reports: Monthly loan portfolio & industry composition report or other periodical reports. Other duties assigned by GM or DGMs.
KNOWLEDGE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Education Requirement: University Degree required. MBA degree with working experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Internet. Ability to speak & write Mandarin, Chinese; ability to speak Taiwanese preferred; good operation & administration orientation and good knowledge in compliance such as Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT ACT, Anti-Money Laundering Program, etc.
