Credit Analysts & Portfolio Managers Summary

Our banking client is looking strong Credit Analysts and Portfolio Managers in the Hartford and New Haven areas. In this role, you will perform financial analysis, structure credit proposals, and negotiate covenants for new and existing lending relationships. You will manage loan portfolios through annual and quarterly credit reviews. You will also analyze capital structure of borrowers to determine optimum financing options and ensure proper risk management through timely assignment of risk ratings on credits. Credit proposals consists of extensive risk analysis, including research involving business, industry and country risk.


 


Essential Credit Analysts & Portfolio Managers Skills & Characteristics 5 + years strong credit experience Formal credit training a plus BS in Finance or Economics
