Essential Responsibilities:  Partner with Risk, Strategy and Operations teams to effectively manage portfolio performance and execute plan. Build and sustain strong relationships; single point of contact for the client and client business team. Key driver in customer and client centricity and change initiatives across all sites. Partner with best cost country providers to ensure alignment with collections strategies and portfolio goals. Lead portfolio review meetings. Participate in various client meetings including client work group, GM staff, etc. Responsible for maintaining delinquency/loss targets and operating expenses for the portfolio. Lead client monitoring and ensure contractual obligations are met. Ensure action plans are created based on the ECVOC survey scores. Conduct site visits as needed to domestic and international sites. Accountable for bringing corporate complaints to resolution. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelors degree  Ability to effectively lead a large, multi-site, matrixed organization 7 or more years of senior level leadership in the credit card collections industry Experience at leading teams in a high growth, dynamic, high visibility business environment Demonstrated ability to apply strategic thinking toward tactical execution Ability to effectively interface with other functional groups in matrixed organization to integrate collections and recovery initiatives Excellent communication and client interfacing skills Excellent relationship, negotiation and facilitation skills Demonstrated ability to embrace global diversity This position is based in Frisco, TX and full relocation assistance is available. If you’re ready to take your career to the next level with an organization that offers the opportunity for unlimited growth, please send a Microsoft Word formatted copy of your resume to the email address below, noting the job title and refcode/id in the subject line.
