Credit Union Teller

A Teller at USE is the front line employee, serving as the first point of contact for USE Members. This individual proactively participate in the cross selling of credit union products & services by establishing a professional rapport with members to assess their financial needs.

A Teller is responsible for accepting cash & check deposits; accurately & efficiently processing withdrawals & cashing checks. Must grasp general knowledge of various compliance regulations and branch operations.

To be successful in this role, one must thrive in a customer-facing environment. Must have a proven ability to cross-sell & up-sell, meet & exceed sales goals, and demonstrate relationship based selling techniques.

Requires 6 months to 1 yr direct teller experience in a banking environment. Focus XP experience desired. High school diploma or GED.
