In this position you will: Provide prompt quality customer service. Solicit new accounts and cross-sells products and services. Proactively seek new customers through outbound activities.Build relationships with existing and new customers to ensure we secure 100% of their financial business.Perform wide range of services including document preparation, account servicing/maintenance (account reconciliation, address change, stop payments, account closings, transfers, notary, processing check orders), and problem resolution. Follow-up on Teller referrals and may have teller responsibilities. May spend up to 40% of time on sales and up to 40% time on teller transactions.Travel will be required for training.
