This training program focuses on developing your management skills and introducing you to American’s processes to prepare you for a Customer Assistance Management position.  Customer Assistance Managers are involved in coaching and developing a team of Customer Assistance Representatives to provide warm, friendly customer service, and communicate and interpret customer service policies in a manner reflective of our store policies. 

 

Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of two-three years of management experience.  Once the training is complete, candidates must be open to relocation to other geographic locations in the Midwest.
