As an employer of choice, PFP is dedicated to helping you succeed. Join our family of professionals and work for a company that makes a difference in the lives of others everyday! PFP is currently seeking Customer Assistance Representatives to work within our Customer Service team.
As a Customer Assistance Representative in our small but growing call center, you would take calls from credit union members regarding their life, critical illness and disability insurance coverage. We provide our customers with World Class Service by addressing their needs with empathy and compassion. As a Customer Assistance Representative you will work with the members to address all of their concerns in a comprehensive and expedient manner. You must be able to multi-task during calls by building a relationship with the member, navigating computer systems to find their information, and determining their needs simultaneously. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on quality and attaining all required performance metrics. We expect the best and reward achievement.
Other responsibilities are as follows:
· Efficiently manage incoming calls to meet all of the customer’s needs using company phone and computer systems;
· Complete all designated paperwork accurately and within required timeframes;
· Communicate regularly with the team and all levels of management regarding customer concerns;
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, carriers and credit unions.
· Other duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be detail oriented, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and adhere to strict deadlines through excellent time management. The ideal candidate will be able to speak clearly and confidently on the telephone while developing a rapport with the customer. You will be able to work independently but also as a part of a team. In addition, you must posses strong computer (MS Office, Lotus Notes, and other proprietary business systems), problem solving and analytical skills. We are looking for someone who takes the initiative and has a positive outlook to be a part of our growing organization.
Position Requirements
· High School Diploma.
· Prior customer relations experience preferred.
· Some college or business courses helpful.
· College degree helpful.
