Customer Care Representative

Position Summary

 

Acts as a liaison between First Command Bank and the clients and advisors. In a high-call volume, fast-paced setting, incumbent will be required to disseminate accurate information regarding all First Command Bank products, policies, and regulations. Make real-time decisions and execute client/advisor requests based on a thorough knowledge of all bank products, services, and processes.

 

 

Job Functions

 

· Responds to requests and answers inquiry calls / emails from clients and advisors concerning accounts, products and procedures of all areas of the bank including new and existing accounts, online banking issues, debit/credit cards, wires, loans and operations; 

 

· Performs maintenance requests for check re-orders, cashier’s checks, Debit/ATM PIN resets, loan / visa payments, OnCommand lockouts, and other account issues;

 

· Receives and completes all wire requests and stop payment requests;

 

 

Requirements

 

· High School diploma or equivalent;

· Previous banking, customer service or call center experience required;

· One year with First Command Bank preferred;

· Satisfactory credit and background history required;
