You could say that it’s the most important position here at PSCU. Well, one of them, that’s certain. Our Communication Center representatives interact with our members to discover, anticipate and meet their financial service needs by assisting with their inquiries and questions primarily on the phone. We delight our members by providing great personal service on the phone to help them with their financial needs.  The successful candidate will have winning experience in delivering great customer service while listening for and helping to solve the customers' unmet needs. They will also have strong relationship, communication and teamwork skills. Experience: Minimum of six to twelve months of customer service experience in a financial institution or a related field, during which the following types of experience would have been obtained: • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships with a diverse customer base.• Effective verbal and written communication skills; excellent telephone communication skills and etiquette. • Cash handling experience preferred along with the ability to perform mathematical calculations with speed and accuracy.• Ability to multi-task with competing demands.• Ability to utilize appropriate software and technological applications.• Willingness to work as an individual performer in a team environment with creativity and a positive attitude. Education: High School diploma or GED is required. Interested?
