Ideal candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalency. 1-2 years equivalent work experience in customer care service or call center environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to make good decisions and follow schedule adherence; proficiency with Windows operating systems.  Computer testing required. Internal Applicants: Must have been in current position for 1 year.  (Exception: when there is a documented business need approved by Human Resources to waive the one year requirement) Must not have had a HR level or above Performance Improvement Report issued within the previous 12 months, unless a written document confirming successful improvement has been submitted to HR for review and has been placed in the associate’s official HR personnel file.
