We are seeking an individual who will be committed to customer satisfaction through a consultative sales approach. In this role, you will identify and act upon opportunities to refer customers to the appropriate business partner to meet their needs. This individual will understand our products and services and possess the ability to clearly explain their features and benefits to the customer. The individual will spend some days on the teller line and some days at a sales and service desk. This position offers a great opportunity to interact with all level of branch employees through referrals and working to improve customer retention.  REQUIREMENTSThis position requires at least 2 years of customer service experience in a financial services, sales or retail industry. Some cash handling is required. Qualified applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Applicants should also have exceptional product and procedural knowledge. The individual may be required to lift heavy coins as well as stand for a long period of time.
